refund will be fully made when the order is cancelled before 24 hours.
if items are damaged during delivery bdgiftzone.com is fully responsible to replace the items or full refund.

bdgiftzone.com replaces damaged or defective items within 72 hours of delivery if the items are properly send back to us.

in case of incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or the recipient is unreachable over phone or no one is available during delivery time. in such cases bdgiftzone will reattempt to deliver the items or will provide a refund .

bdgiftzone.com exchanges product if the product is not delivered. the customer has to notify us before 24 hours stating what product should be delivered instead of the existing purchased product.

bdgiftzone.com also exchanges products after delivery if the products are non-perishable like clothing, perfume, gift item etc. but if the products are perishable like flowers, cakes, sweets, chocolates, fruits etc. will not be exchanged.

bdgiftzone.com will not exchange non perishable items if the products are:

• sent back for replacement after 72 hours
  
• not in its original condition
  
• the products are being damaged in any form or shape after delivery.
  
• for clothing, must keep the original condition for re-sell.
  
• not accepted by the “product suppliers” in good condition as all the products are inspected by them.
